Osprey Spa – T&Cs

• A credit card is required when booking your appointments in advance.

• Osprey Spa reserves the right to charge 20% nonrefundable payment from the total price of the booking when making the reservation for treatments booked for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The final balance can be paid once the service is delivered or completed.

• For treatments booked Monday to Thursday a €5 fee charge will apply, and balance can be paid on the day the service is delivered.

• We require a minimum of 72hrs notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in 100% cancellation fee being charged to your card. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to cancel or amend a booking.

• If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice), 100% cancellation charge will be applied. The charges will be made automatically without notification.

• We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your treatment. This will leave you plenty of time to get checked in and complete your consultation form. Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being cut short.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you suddenly become unwell and cannot attend the Spa, the cancellation policy above still applies however you will be allowed to reschedule for another midweek date once you have Doctors clearance. Please contact the Spa immediately via phone or email if this occurs so that we may assist you.
